Almost everyone is talking about diets these days. “Some people go on a diet to keep a slim figure, others to keep a slim husband,” as couturier Zhanna Golonogova said. Everyone has their own motivation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Talking about all kinds of <\/span>diets make blondes’ leisure time meaningful and varied; businesswomen and businessmen’s girlfriends spend time searching for newfangled eating schemes; businessmen look for ways to eat <\/span>quickly, safely, and in such a way that you lose neither physical nor psychological fitness; young people also already understand that you have to start taking care of your health long before you lose it. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I, too, could not avoid talking about dieting. Moreover, it went beyond talk! <\/span>It all started with a phone call. “Do I want to photograph diet food?” <\/span>Before my eyes instantly appeared images of traditional diet food: shapeless oatmeal; a drink that had the color of childish surprise; a set of cooked vegetables and a meager selection of dried fruit… Boredom!.. Still, I decided to continue the conversation. And did not regret it. <\/span><\/p>\n

The task<\/strong> I had to do was to take 5 photos, which should be <\/span>title pictures in the site slider. <\/span>The site is still under development, but the design sketch is ready – it is conceived in <\/span>minimalist style, in very light colors: white predominates. <\/span>That’s why <\/span>We decided to shoot light, not overly detailed photos so that my <\/span>food photos <\/span>as harmoniously as possible <\/span>fit into the design of the client’s site.<\/span><\/p>\n

The stereotypical attitude toward diets was formulated by the English humorist Harry Seacom: “If you want to lose weight, eat everything, but don’t swallow anything. The main thing is not to get sucked into the process. <\/span>After all, life is good! Besides, such a process is not at all a joy in itself! <\/span><\/p>\n

But this shoot just made me look at diets with different eyes. Perhaps not many people have encountered such a thing as a “boxed diet.” I don’t know exactly what term is used for this type of service in our country, but in the Czech Republic, where I have spent most of my life, this type of diet is called exactly that: the “boxed diet. The essence of this service is that every morning, at the address you specify, they bring you a ration of dishes for the whole day. These dishes are dietary, from natural products, without chemicals, GMOs, bioadditives and all kinds of nonsense.<\/span><\/p>\n

By the way, I have a friend who <\/span>lives in Europe. <\/span>I met him once, <\/span>and he told me about how he uses this boxed diet: paid for six months in advance – and… doesn’t eat. Doesn’t eat because everything isn’t appetizing or <\/span>It tastes disgusting. He can’t refuse, because it’s paid for six months! That’s why every morning they bring him boxes, and he puts them in the trash. That’s the one. <\/span>I had experience with these things until recently. The resulting negative impression is very difficult to change. I can be unequivocally persuaded <\/span>just my feelings: I should have the desire to eat the dish as soon as I see it, and having eaten it, I should want to ask for more. <\/span>And that’s what I “experienced” in this photo shoot.<\/span><\/p>\n

I photographed food in boxes prepared for <\/span>actual order. <\/span>If you look closely at the photo, you will find <\/span>You can easily see in detail every element of this food. See for yourself how cool the Ukrainian boxed diet looks!<\/span><\/p>\n

While the photograph was being taken, I recounted <\/span>A story with a friend of mine <\/span>to the founder of the company for which the photo was taken. <\/span>According to her, she was able to see that everything is the same in Kiev: <\/span>The “dietary” companies that are now operating in our <\/span>at the market, they are fed almost the same as in Europe: <\/span>is neither tasty nor artful. That’s why she decided to assemble a team of the best nutritionists and chefs in the country and make a “delicious and artful” company to deliver diet food, so that people would not only be healthy, but <\/span>and delicious. Indeed, why should dieters give up taste or aesthetic pleasure? Dieting shouldn’t be torture, it should be a pleasure that does no harm-just like the yummy sweets in the next picture. Your floor scales won’t even suspect that you’ve sacrilegiously eaten <\/span>A couple of slices of cake.<\/span><\/p>\n

DOES IT TASTE GOOD?<\/h2>\n

Very soon in Kiev will be launched a new service for the delivery of diet food. It’s not just because it’s “another one.” The difference, according to my client, will be <\/span>that the food will be as delicious as it is beautiful. <\/span>You can already appreciate the degree of beauty by looking at the photos. As for tasty or <\/span>not tasty, I can share my assessment. <\/span>I’ve tried everything that <\/span>I took pictures, except for the fish dish, because I don’t eat fish at all. There were no dishes that didn’t taste good! To be fair, I will say that the cakes are just a little bit not sweet enough for me. <\/span>But, man! You can afford to eat that kind of cake on a diet like this! Yes, yes, that’s the one!<\/span><\/p>\n
